Day 3 - Wednesday

Hi everyone,

Absolutely red hot today so we all bought Italian caps! the Turkish teacher taught the boys a trick with their caps and they have practised all day!
We went to Pisa and although we didn't climb to the top (Mrs Thompson was relieved!!) we had our photos taken holding the leaning tower up. we then went in the Cathedral which was awesome! we lit candles for our friends. We then went to Lucca where we walked for miles and miles before lunch at a pizzeria guess what we had for dessert???? when we got back we were so tired! we then had a picnic in Mrs Thompson and Mrs Norton's room. Following this we played pass the pig (Miss Fountain's favourite game) Oliver and Aaron won.!

check back tomorrow for day 4!!

Oliver and Aaron I will challenge you when you get back. I can't wait to see the pictures of you all holding up the leaning tower of Pisa. Looking forward to hearing about your next instalment on day 4! Look after each other and have fun! Love Miss Fountain x

Guessing an early night for all
Just to say, even though Oliver did have the smallest bag there was a cap in it - looking forward to seeing the trick though!
Glad to hear you are seeing and experiencing so much (ice cream included) you'll all need the Easter holidays to recover

  5. We can't believe how much you are managing to do each day and fit in time to eat ice cream. We have had sunshine here but Seaton Carew does not seem to conjure up the same magic as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Keep on enjoying your time in Italy. All our love Rachel from Mam and Dad. xxxxxxx
